What we process
ListingWalk processes your account details, listing URLs, listing facts, property photos, scripts, video settings, generated media, billing records, and technical logs needed to operate the service.
How we use it
We use this information to import listings, draft grounded scripts, generate and deliver videos, process payments and credits, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and improve reliability.
Service providers
The service sends the minimum required data to providers that handle authentication, application data, listing import, AI script and media generation, rendering, storage, delivery, and payments. Property photos and narration may be sent to AI providers when you create a video.
Your choices
Do not submit material you are not allowed to use. Some billing and security records may be retained when required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
