Using ListingWalk
You must provide accurate account information, keep your account secure, and use the service lawfully. You remain responsible for the listings, photos, scripts, branding, and other material you submit.
Your content
You keep ownership of your content. You grant ListingWalk permission to host, process, transform, and send it to service providers only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service and create the outputs you request. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for every submission.
Generated videos
AI output can contain errors. Review property facts, people, speech, captions, and imagery before publishing. You are responsible for the final use of every downloaded or shared video and for complying with advertising, listing-platform, brokerage, and property-owner requirements.
Credits and payments
The create screen shows the credit cost before generation. Purchased credits do not expire unless required by law or stated otherwise at checkout. Payment processing is handled by our payment provider. Completed generation work may consume credits even when third-party models produce imperfect output; available retry behavior is shown in the product.
Availability
ListingWalk may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may limit abusive or disruptive use. The service is provided as available, subject to applicable law.
